The best thing you can do is be prepared for every question and KNOW YOUR shite. Be the expert on the material being presented. To me, that works better than anything. At the end of the day, realize every other person that is presenting is just as nervous if not more...and truthfully, probably aren't paying much attention
Just take a breath, know your shite, and let your knowledge take control.
ETA: Agreed with those saying record yourself. It's hard to watch yourself, but the more you see it the better you can adjust and notice your style and what can be changed.
