Right now I'm working on trying to hold a parralletes handstand for more than ten seconds.

Progress is mixed. I'm too fat.

Kinda weird to say, but a muscle up is hard until you actually do it


You need to be able to do an explosive pull-up, like a chest to bar pull-up. I had the strength for a long time but couldn't figure out how to do it until one day it clicked. Muscle ups on the rings came right after.

I find muscle ups on the rings to be easier for some reason. Idk why

I feel like it's 50/50, some say the bar is easier, some say the rings

I think the bar is a little easier because of the stability. Rings look more badass, though
