active wear setting.
hang dry anything with spandex or poly blends that heat from the dryer will break down.
my athletic clothing lasts three times as long when i don’t dry them.

I have gone to the low setting. My dryer has actually melted some of my clothes.

It got really bad this summer. My wife was folding the clothes and sticking workout shirts with regular shirts. Not shoving everything in her face to give it a smell test. Well some smelly shirts transferred stink to regular everyday wear shirts . Vinegar soaks are helping fix that. But from that point forward, I get done with a workout and walk right into the shower and soap up with my clothes on. Basically washing them immediately, then hang to dry in the shower for a bit. Then they go into the laundry with the other clothes to get the "official" wash. Hadn't had any stink issues since. It's a pain, but it's sucks more when I grab a t-shirt to run to the store or something and realize half way there that I smell like arse.

You people either smell like dirty a-hole or wash your clothes like once every two weeks.

I sweat a shite load in my clothes and then we wash our laundry and it doesn't stink. Mind blowing thought.
