re: Hemoglobin levels high. On trt . Any suggestions to lower it without donating blood.

I don't know that it's THAT high, just borderline if I remember correctly.

My hemoglobin test had a range of 14-18g/dl. A couple of years ago I was in the hospital and my hemo numbers were
17.6mg/dl the following day they tested again 17.2mg/dl. I don't think those tests are so accurate or sensitive. That is a big drop in one day.

Not on TRT but I looked at my annual from last year and my Hgb was 18.3 and the doc made no mention of that number being a concern. Guess I need to get another blood workup.

Wise decision. Mine ran in the 17's for a couple of years until it exceeded 18 then my Dr. got concerned. After researching online and the advice from lsu777 and others on here I am actively reducing my iron intake and avoiding vitamin c and eating a little yogurt along with every meal. Also upping my activity level. Let me know how your blood work goes. Best of luck.
