Help: icy hot feeling on the middle of my back

I was finishing up at work trying to put a axle beam back on the pallet. After i lifted the axel beam to put back on the pallet I noticed a icy hot feeling on the middle of my back and has been like that for two hours now. It doesn’t hurt or anything but just feels weird to have that feeling and I hope I didn’t mess my back up. I didn’t know if anybody had this feeling before.

My google PhD tells me you could have a disc or nerve issue.
