Heel spur/bone spur and a good shoe

Need suggestions for a good running shoe or good insert for a person with a bone/ heel spur. TIA

There's a lot more to it than that. Go to a running store that has gait analysis and try on multiple pairs of what they suggest. The right shoe for your foot/gait makes a huge difference.

Inserts: spenco
Specific shoe models depend on the structure of your foot. As suggested, it's best to be fitted by someone knowledagble.
