Guy totals 1500lb squat/bench/deadlift and runs a marathon on the same day

I tried hybrid training for a while. I couldn’t get through it consistently. I’d squat or deadlift heavy and then my legs would be heavy sludge sacks for my run the next day.
I think if I had gone up to 4000 calories a day it might have been better. I didn’t want to gain body fat though.

I am impressed with the marathon.
9:45 pace after maxing on the big 3 lifts and not being a runner with all the muscle he carries is impressive.

He probably lied about the running part with some prior history.
