I like the taste of the Jacko greens.

Didn’t quite like the molk as much but I think they updated the formula since then. I had the strawberry.

Dirty bulk really refers to eating whatever you like mostly high-fat foods. I'm referring to not eating fruits and vegetables and concentrating on obtaining carbs and proteins in foods where I get a little more bang for my buck. I already have an issue meeting my carb/protein goals without feeling full all day. I'm not adding in cups of veggies/fruits to the mix as well. DEoesn't really have shite to do with a dirty bulk
