Anyone ever felt reluctant to start over after being healthy and fit for most of their adult life?
This is depressing since Ive been so physically inactive recently. I never felt as if I ever needed to start from the ground up again.
Anyone ever used this program?

Program is awesome, but a little heavy on squat volume imo but still one of the best programs ever created.
And yea I had to start over twice. once after stopping lifting for 2-3 years and getting to 245#. Then again after surgery on the ole nuts.

This is a gut check routine. Get ready to grind.

what's funny is Madcow created the program to help newer bodybuilders gain weight. Yet it is denounced in many circles because it's a "powerlifting program"
