I have plateaued recently and need some advice to continue my progress.

Since January, I have been exercising (HIIT workouts and body weight/kettlebell training, and some endurance training for a triathalon). My diet was from a dietician at my gym and is macro based. In total, I lost 65 lbs and I am in the best shape of my life. I am getting through workouts I couldn't do 15% of at the beginning, but I have hit a wall as far as weight loss. I've been hovering around 215 for over a month now.

My body fat percentage was 18% last time I measured it. I am really happy with my progress, but what advice do you all have for taking the next step. Trying to eliminate the last bit of belly fat and tone up.

Have you tried keeping the total calorie focus and cycling within that? Carb cycling within the same calorie total helped me break a plateau.

You can also get more restrictive with total calories and cycle that to have lower and higher calorie days.

There is also the intermittent fast concept if that flows with what you're doing.

Do you do much barbell training? I might also consider implementing a bit of that for the extra metabolism impact.

In the words of Martin Berkham, you didn't plateau, you lost patience. But honestly if youhave been at it since January, your leptin levels are in the dirt. Take a 2-3 week diet break eating at Maintenance or you can reverse diet for 6-8 weeks and then go back to strict dieting.

Also get on a real weight training program. Combine that with endurance training to meet your demands for the triathalon. I suggest reading up on the Greyskull LP and looking at his challenges book and picking 1 or 2 challenges that will prepare you for your triathalon.

I'm 6'2. That reading was from the little handleheld meter thing at the gym, so idk how accurate it is, but I naturally carry a lot of muscle.

Thanks for the recommendations
