I recently made the transition from anytime fitness to working out in my garage. I’m looking for exercise ideas to keep things interesting so I’m not doing the same exercises all the time.
I like to do a body per workout. Currently my setup consists of a 300 lb weight set with bar, a 200lb cast iron dumbbell set, ez bar and an adjustable bench with attached rack. Shown in link.
Any and all exercise ideas are welcomed.

I do Garage and I am using greyskull. You will find a huge thread on here about it. I do the main lifts, then a circuit of three exercises combining barbell, dumbbell and body weight type stuff. I then close out with hiit. Just check out that thread on here. It has all the info you could possibly need.

So Whats your goal here?
I would suggest starting with the greyskull LP program. I have a huge thread on it on here. Read it and follow the program. You need to eventually upgrade to a power cage though.

The main goal is to get stronger but still look proportional. I thoroughly enjoy working out and hitting all body parts. I'm not trying to hit PRs routinely but just see progression.

I appreciate it. I’m trying to read it all but work keeps getting in the way.
