What are some of the best ones at measuring heart rate and calories burned during workouts and not just running? Don't need anything too fancy. Just something accurate. I also ref soccer so accurate distance would be a plus. Never really known how much I run in those games. Also Im a college student so trying to keep it under $150-200 or so. Would be great if i could get even lower.

Polar is the only answer.
Polar is the most accurate and what the medical field uses due to this. You can google and see that they are the standard and all the others out there have been shown numerous times to be questionable.
The most accurate would actually be the chest strap followed by The OH1 but if you absolutely want a watch they have a few good options.
I use the OH1 but I also have the A370. Both are great and Polar has great apps as well as allowing integration into other apps like MyFitnessPal.

Awesome, thank you. The watch part really doesn't matter to me at all other than it would be nice to check my info during the middle of reffing games. Im assuming the chest strap is Bluetooth compatible and easily linkable to my phone or computer?

Yes it as well as the OH1 both have Bluetooth and you can use the apps on your phone to check real time but that will be inconvenient while reffing I imagine.
I am not sure how much difference the watch is vs the chest strap as far as accuracy as I have never looked but again I do know the medical and other health professionals use the chest strap due to it's accuracy.
