Anyone else’s feet start numbing up after 15+ minutes on elliptical and to lesser extent on treadmill? Any ways to resolve?

Perhaps an electrolyte deficiency.

Mine go numb when I start running after not running for a while. It seems to be related to the repeated impact of my feet against the ground. If I stop periodically and stretch a little (quad, achiles, and IT band) before resuming it helps. It has always gone away after a week or two of consistent running.

This happens to me on elliptical; didn’t know if I just had bad blood flow or something

You are not alone. But I'm not sure what causes it.
