Dont get me wrong, I loved doing crossfit. If I didnt have 3 kids in private school doing other various activities, that would probably be my first choice for all the reasons you mentioned. But with things being the way they are, I'm trying to work with what I have.
This is the first weekend in 2 months that I've had some availability so I'm making it to a group class to help jump start a routine. Wish me luck.

Just finished my first day with Greyskull. Even downloaded an app to track my progress. Feeling good at the moment but I'm expecting quite a bit of soreness over the next few days.
I did find that with only 2 major lifts, I burned through the workout pretty quickly. I added a few bodyweight exercises to supplement because I didnt feel like I did a lot of work even though my amraps were within range.
Are the lifts normally enough work per session or is it ok to supplement with some other bodyweight or other light exercises? Any suggestions if so?
