then do it, cause if not you are gonna wonder what if. just keep a detailed log. but dont do like most people and suddenly cahnge your diet to being perfect and then switch to a proven program and at the end claim it was all the supplement.

start the diet and program 4-6 weeks before you start the ecdy then throw it in and see if things change.
