I stick with my plan Monay - Friday. The weekend I allow myself one “frick all” meal.

Man, I started counting macros with Avatar.Nutrition. It was honestly the least miserable I have ever been cutting. I knew nothing was off limits I just had to make it fit. There was something really freeing about it to me.

i mean depends on what you are trying to do. if you are trying to cut alot of weight and get below 15%bf you prob wont doing this. But you are still doing better than most. Not trying to down you or anything, just depends on your goals. When i am really cutting, for 2 months straight i am STRICT, zero sweets/sugars and below 25-30g carbs a day. Then after that i am normally where i want to be amd allow myself to go wild on saturdays and maintain.

You aren't the only one, but it may be because when you get off the wagon you go too far off as opposed to having smaller "treats" that won't hurt as much longer term.

For example, buy 2 dark chocolate bars and eat pieces of them at night instead of needing that donut. Maybe you eat 75 calories of dark chocolate a day instead of 600 calories of donuts twice a week, which is a difference of 675 calories a week if that was every week a constant pattern

I think it depends on the person.

I've had a few stretches in my life where I've lost weight. It requires me eating perfectly healthy for a long period of time. No cheat days. No binges. No "frick all" meals or snacks.

Because I end up gorging for a long period of time and I struggle to get back on track. Even one donut or one Thanksgiving day or one piece of Easter candy.

Some might say "that's not sustainable," but I think if I'm ever going to hit my goal weight (only 15 pounds away), I'm going to have to completely cut out all sweets forever.
