I did it 3 days a week and did 20 sets of 2-3 each day. I think it took 5-6 sessions until it was completely gone.

The sports massage place near me has a machine that will cycle between hot/cold for 30 minutes. Heating pads are cheap on Amazon, as are reusable ice packs in velcro secured sleeves. The elbow was the one thing I needed to consistently ice each day I used it at work to reduce inflammation for a few weeks.

I was a little hesitant to try this but I did 3X20 this morning with about 90 seconds between sets and my elbow feels better after just one day.

Tennis elbow issue here - - got a cortisone shot and took off from tennis for 4 weeks Hit last night - felt a lot better - I'm 51
hope you get some relief
