re: Effects of keto style diet and cholesterol

I have a friend that had a heart attack and subsequently had to undergo a heart transplant. He had metabolic syndrome and was working on his diet prior to the MI. Now he is almost 4 yrs post transplant and he is strong follower if the PALEO diet. You may look into that one instead if you are concerned about the cholesterol issues.
