Does anyone take a CoQ10 supplement? Thoughts?

Long story short, back in July I had a nasty reaction to Levofloxacin (significant joint pain, tendon/ligament stiffness, increased anxiety, etc.). Thankfully, I haven't had any tendon ruptures or anything along those lines that can happen in the wake of a bad reaction. But the reaction apparently triggered Fibromyalgia-like symptoms (i.e. fatigue, muscle pain) that are ongoing. I've been able to manage the muscle pain with Magnesium Glycinate but the fatigue is still an issue.
Reading up on the issue, it seems that I could be dealing with (in a simplified explanation) oxidative stress and I've come across multiple studies that have suggested the use of CoQ10 supplements. I've been cleared by my Doc to take it but I wanted to see if anyone here has any experience taking it. Any side effects I should be on the lookout for? How long before you noticed any change from taking it?
TIA

Buy some at Costco. Return if you don’t like them.
