I have narrow shoulders and slim bone structure. Thanks Grandpa. I am 175 but get 160 from people a lot. I have been to the gym with friends and was told "your scrubs don't do you justice.,". I took it as a compliment. Lol

Nope. But I am working to prepare my body to the summer vacation. For now I have not much progress so I was thinking about non surgical buttock lift. I saw some good reviews and photo results. Hope in such way I will prepare my body to this summer +healthy diet

Your body composition will affect the way you look regardless of weight

A few years ago I was around 230 and I looked much much thinner than now and I'm at 241 at the moment

If you looked at 2 pictures you wouldn't think it was a 10 lb difference. You'd probably think 25-30

Had a girl who had only seen me in dress clothes see me in shorts and tee shirt for the 1st time and was surprised at how fit/muscular I was. Does that sort of count?
