what about infrared?
I agree with the other poster....most of the research is on traditional sauna. I almost got a hybrid but opted for the traditional because of the research and many say when they got hybrid they ended up using the traditional more than IR anyway.
Traditional heats you from the outside in, while infrared penetrates and heats you from the inside out (thus requiring lower temps). Therefore, oddly, I feel like getting in an infrared would be like getting into a microwave. I don't really wanna do that!

Toxin binders are snake oil. Use of sauna and cold plunge change nothing. It's a mindset. Just do it if you enjoy the experience. Eat well, run, lift and sleep.
Well, I stand by cold plunge. It absolutely impacts the way I feel and it made a difference in my belly fat. Sauna has research, albeit sparse, but at least there's that....
I agree with you, though, mindset is extremely important and a healthy lifestyle overall is most important.

This is definitely debatable. I’m not sold that the benefits of sauna and cold plunge are 100% fact. But completely dismissing the evidence is pretty retarded
