Dieting Advice...

In December I decided I was tired of being heavy and in the past I have done wel with weight loss by introducing new things as I go.
I started with just diet and exercise before I hit a plateau.
Then I introduced a four mile interval jog which took about 50 minutes.
Then I started a diet of 300 calories 5-6 times a day while still doing the interval jog.
My interval jogs got better and up to 39 minute jogs. I even ran 6.25 miles in 62 minutes.
I am down 30-32 but appear to have hit another plateau. Any advice to maybe get past this next one.
(I should also note I only drink water and a glass of unsweet tea a day. I drink a protein shake with almond milk after every jog too). Thanks in advance!

What's your height and weight now and the weight you want to be at?
What kind of diet are you doing now? Just counting calories?

Now I am 5’10” 250-252 depending on the day.
I first set the goal at 220 but if I get there and want to go further I may keep going. But let’s just say 220 for now. Started at 282.
Current diet is 300 calories 5-6 times a day.
Interval jog each day on the weekend if work schedule let’s me schedule it during the week I will. Probably average 16,000 steps a day at work and work involves a lot of physical work.

Foods I eat if that helps,
One Cage free organic egg
1/2 cup black beans
Blue berries
Protien Shake
Peanut butter to go and celery
Aussie Bites
Grilled Chicken Breast
Ahi Tuna
Ground turkey meat
RX Bar
Mango
Salad
Almonds
Cheese stick
Small square dark chocolate
Cauliflower Rice
Broccoli
Salmon
Yogurt
Usually some variation of these things.

Try IF. And so HIIT while fasted. do a 16-8 IF for a month and see how that goes.

Thanks I tried the HIIT this morning. The first few reps I was not really feeling much but after about seven minutes it caught up to me and definitely felt the burn by the end.

Im always a fan of keto. If you are working out regularly you can get away with a few more carbs so you dont have to completly cut out all breads. Really depends on your dicipline though because its not a great diet to do for less than a few months at a time. Low carb works well too its just a bit slower.

Less than 30 carbs a day for 2 weeks, then fast for 24 hrs.
