Debilitating tendon pain in left elbow

Put your right middle finger on your left elbow and move it like an inch and a half towards your chest. That hole right there. Appears during skullcrushers and Arnold's, and today it made its first appearance on inclines. It's excruciating and can throw off my whole workout. I've tried to go light on it for weeks and it pops up no matter how long I rest it.
Anyone else suffer from this? It's really fricking up my progression

if you're talking about throwers elbow on the inside of you arm, I've had that for the last few months. I was told to strengthen the outside of my forearm and So far my elbow has been feeling better when doing the split jerk.
but if you're talking about where the bicep meets the elbow
thats different.

Yea, Tennis elbow.
It could be caused from the outside of your forearm being stronger than the inside. Makes sense if it's your dominant arm.
Go to the doctor gets some antiinflammatory drugs and maybe some oral steroids

lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) is what you are describing
You can go see your Dr
But he is probably not going to do much
Might run an MRI just to tell you it's tennis elbow
Rest and NSAIDs
If it becomes debilitating, you can get steroid injections

If it's tennis elbow you should get to an Orthopedic doctor and get some PT. I've had golfers elbow which is very similar and I was in therapy for 2 - 3 months trying to get rid of it. It's nothing you want to play around with.

Tennis elbow is a bitch. I developed it about a year after I started working out. It takes a long long time to heal.
The first thing you have to do is figure out what is causing it and then stop doing it. Mine was not using proper body mechanics when loading and unloading the bar. Once I quit being stupid it began to heal.
Its not something that you can work through. You have to quit reinjuring it and give it time to heal.
