Currently riding with the following and looking for something similar.

I think they are the same company, just under a different branding as western bike works and tri sports. ordered a kuat rack from them in the past, no complaints. was backordered and they kept me up to speed.

I usually get tires from competitive cyclist or directly from the manufacturer (couldn't find my schwable ones anywhere but the corporate site).
