The bike is really the bes for burnig fat. It keeps you in zone 2 for the longest and zone 2 is where you burn the highest % fat and zone 2 allows you to go on forever!lol

Low carb, 25% calorie restriction, hot yoga and walking.

I’m finally cutting this fat for the last time. I’ve lost 17 lbs. 20 to go.

After a year of hot yoga I’ll be able to do proper conventional dead lift. It’s taking a long time to reverse this inflexibility.
