So I started another cycle of creatine about two weeks ago, and the headaches seem a lot more prevalent this time. I've taken creatine in the past, but the headaches never seemed this bad.

I am drinking a ton of water, close to a gallon a day, but it still feels like I'm on the verge of having a full blown migraine all day. Does anyone have any ideas to help with them, other than increase water intake?

Could be a different additive in the creatine that's doing that to you.

I bought some six star creatine, first time buying it, and that may be it. I've since started back on GNC brand creatine. Hopefully that'll help out. It's annoying as frick.

Yes it is. I have that issue with some other supplements so I quit taking them.

Are you that much of a responder to make it worth it?

I see so little effects, I wouldn’t stick with it even with a minor headache

I usually add around 5lbs when I take it consistently, and I am a hard gainer so every little bit helps. It might just be a mental thing, but I also feel like I can lift heavier on it.
