I haven’t done this in a while my but my gym is closed. I pulled it out today for the first time in a couple of years.

It’s a pretty tough METCON.

AOMOM (with extra minute between circuits)

3x:30 sprint/row/assault bike/high knees (I do high knees)
3x8 OHP (or push press)
3x8 Bent Rows

3x:30 sprint/row/high knees
3x8 hang cleans
3x8 push-ups (I do the push-ups on the barbell)

3x:30 sprint/row/high knees
3x8 Bent Rows
3x8 Push-ups

I used a 135# barbell ... Took 19:02

Sounds shitty, I’ll do it this weekend.

75lb sandbag though because I don’t have a barbell
