Corporate sports leagues - Houston area

I've lived in the Houston area for 15+ years but it's been awhile since I played in any Corporate sports leagues. Part of the reason is that I've been working for a smaller company (oil & gas) since then and we wouldn't have enough players.
If anyone's company team will accept me and needs an extra, I'd play basketball, softball, volleyball, or flag football (after holidays). Even better would be if we could somehow get enough interest from this site to form our own team.
Now that I'm 40, a Corporate league sounds much better than my recent basketball one with all athletic guys in their 20s. Backup plan is to try a tennis league where there are 6 courts of men's doubles and you move up or down each week with most (individual) total games won or lost.

Houston should have a league like Baton Rouge or New Orleans: A 30 & up sports league that plays year round.

Lafayette should have that also!
