Anyone here done the PHUL routine? I'm switching programs this Monday and was wondering if I should change the working weights when going to a new program. Should I go down in weight because of the increased rep ranges? PHUL Routine Current stats:
OHP-115 x 5
Bench-145 x 5
Sqwat-405 x 5
Dead- 380 x 5

How do you know how to do weight selection?

I would imagine it would be a percentage of my current 5 rep max. Maybe drop down to 75% or something.

I don't see where it has a way to put percentage in the rep ranges. You would just go off of feel?

I would set your training 5 rep max at 85% of what you left off of with on Strong Lifts. This will allow you to start low and work up over time.

Appreciate the info. I'm not trying to start the new program too heavy so I can make decent progress retraining those muscles.
