Can you listen to Bluetooth earbuds and use Bluetooth hrm at same time?

Can Strava track a HR and phone still send out music at the same time? If so I'd appreciate recommendations for Bluetooth hrms. Thanks!

I believe after Bluetooth 4.0 you can do dual devices.
