If you sear meat in a pan with a TBSP of oil, do you count the entire TBSP of oil as if you consumed it?

Ex. 1 TBSP of Avocado oil is 124 Cal, and 14g of Fat.

Are you logging 100% of that? Certainly some will get coated on the food, but there's def some still left in the pan.

What are your thoughts?

If you're cutting assume all of it. If you're bulking assume half of it.

Avocado oil is full of monounsaturated fat, which is great. It's an amazingly good oil to use - 500 degree smoke point, doesn't have a strong taste, and full of great fats. It's the go-to oil in my house.
