Found this to be pretty interesting and pretty much in line with what I was expecting.
I was on a higher protein (55/40/5 F/P/C) keto diet for about 2 years before switching back to a low fat “healthy” diet consisting of lean meats, whole wheat and vegetables
Swapped my diet mid February and blood test were taken late January and mid May.
Results: 2 years of Keto vs 4 months after reintroducing carbs
LDL: 157 vs 91
HDL: 59 vs 55
Overall Cholesterol: 231 vs 160
Glucose: 72 vs 85
Unfortunately, the more recent test was done through work and they wouldn’t let me test testosterone and other hormones. Would have been interesting to see if there would be a difference.
Current macros percentages are 20/40/40 F/P/C

Also, my eosinophils went from 254 to 657.
Didn’t know what this was until I did a little research today. I’m wondering if this has something to do with covid-19 exposure. I work in a refinery and have undoubtedly been exposed by coworkers that have tested positive but I have not shown any symptoms

Personally know that much of your ldl was prolly from the food and not actual harmful, I would say your blood work got worse. Not substantial so, but hdl went down, resting glucose went up.
But like you said, it's pretty much in line with what we see from most that respond well to keto.
I would love to see your blood results on keto if you were strict on the type of days you took in.
