A gout diet is nearly impossible. About all you can eat is lettuce without salad dressing

Wish I would have started allopurinol earlier instead of all the other foolishness. Uric acid level has to stay below 6.

You were on the right path man!

Doctors can either give you a prescription and/or advice…since I stayed at a Holiday Inn last night, here’s what fixed my 40 year problem:

Stopped drinking alcohol (sugars)
Stopped eating carbs (sugar)
Eat lots of meat and fat (carnivore)
Drink lots of water and add ACV/lemon juice

But, but, the purines in the meat cause gout they say…they did effect me (esp. venison and shrimp) when I was a fat arse eating carbs, but now that I stopped the carbs, I’ve lost 50 lbs and no more gout.

colchicine (it'll make you shite through a screen door till your arse bleeds but it works), indomethacin, and allopurinol all taken together until the colchicine side effects take affect then stop that one. If you're having an attack it'll knock it down from a 9 on the pain scale to a 3 on the scale in about 2 hours.
