I am in decent shape but approaching 40 and have a variety of minor lingering but undiagnosed issues (knee, back, shoulder).
Lately I am considering stepping up the activity with more intense climbing and squats. However, really injuring one of the aforementioned would be counterproductive.
I would like to get a detailed physical to understand where I am with those issues and others that I might not be aware of.
Is it best to go to a sports medicine doctor, physical therapist, family doctor, or some other health professional to get the best sports physical eval?
