Face pulls with external rotation, again progress with leverage.

they work better on suspension straps that goto a single point due to having to pull out and back verse something like rings which are dual point where you only pull back.


also the chest fly on the rings is amazing for chest development. Again progress using leverage and then with weighted vest.

at the end rotate your palms forward though as you squeeze.


all three of these are extremely hard and will cause hypertrophy big time even only using bodyweight. Realize though on the chest flyes, it might cause cramps in the pec until you are use to the exercise.
