Been on 5/3/1 last 3 months but I’m a hotel this week

Won’t have time to leave and find a gym so I’m holed up in the crappy hotel “gym” this week.

Anyone have some good workout recommendations?

Unfortunately last week was also my 5/3/1 deload week so I’m expecting some strength to drop when I hit the weights again Friday. :(

See what's nearby for a cheap guest pass if your work week isn't too demanding.

You can deck a cards and do bodyweight exercises, pick an exercise for each shape and the numbers tell you how many to do or what not

Were you running a specific template?

You will be coming back in the 5 week, so the weight will not be that heavy. Might not hit a PR, but you can in the 3 week.

Nah, just base 5/3/1. I’ve been through the boring but big challenge ... never again.

Do some air squats as well, try the Sally challenge that was posted here. If it is easy, do it till it hurts.
