At-home and mobile treadmills/bikes

Im looking for a treadmill or bike for very casual use. I have a garage gym, so I don’t need it for rigorous exercise.
But I work from home and even when I’m not working I spend alot of my downtime sitting on the couch and reading/watching TV. I’d like a treadmill or bike that I could easily move into the living room or my office during the day when I’ll be sitting for a long period of time, to use instead of just sitting there. Doesn’t need to be the highest quality because I’m not gonna be running on it or trying to get a good bike workout - I’m just looking for something that I can get some movement in to substitute for long hours of inactivity

I use a rower. I don't care for bikes (hurts my butt) and I prefer walking outside (do daily walks). I use it almost everyday, 20-30 minutes. You can even do it multiple times a day as it can be pretty low impact. Mine stands up in-between usage and takes up practically no space. I've had it almost a year.
Don't go low quality though. You want something that will last and be durable. Plus you are more likely to use it if you make a sizeable investment..
