Are you part of a group that counts steps?

My boss is head over heels into this. He will walk to lunch 15 blocks away just to get his steps in.

I do admire that because that’s an awful lot of walking. I suppose it takes a competition for some to engage in some sort of physical activity.

We are at the office because we have challenges with humana as our insurance provider.

With humana you also get points for steps and challenges where you can get gift cards to Amazon.

I do the Garmin challenge if that counts.

The guys in my running group are all in a Strava group to coordinate runs and we talk shite to each other if somebody doesn’t log as many miles in a week.

I walk around UAB all day and they have signs posted up about trying to get 10k steps per day. I've started walking to work and doing random laps around the hospitals (inside walking trail) to get my steps in each day. I also joined a "global challenge" thing through Samsung Health which sets a goal of 200k steps in a month. I got in 322k for March.
