I use it to marinate pork chops. No way it has heath benefits.

It may just be a coincidence, but I stopped having gout attacks back in December when I started taking a shot of acv a day. I would have those attacks about 4 or 5 times a year.

The "mother" in the organic varieties is simply a probiotic mixture. I'd rather eat yogurt than drink sour vinegar.

I've read people's theories about the acidity helping with various ailments, but I suspect that gets neutralized as soon as it hits your stomach.

My great grandmother used to have some everyday. I don't think it's as much if a fad as other things are, but maybe.

Diluted with water + some honey it's really not bad. Always my go-to when I'm sick

I mix half and half AC vinegar with lemon and a few table spoons of honey. Been drinking it for several months and it has completely changed my digestive system for the good.

For real. Diagnosed with diverticulitis and had half my intestines removed after they ruptured. Still had stomach problems after surgery and hated taking high doses of Nexium.

Got on ACV and 99% of my stomach problems are gone. Wife has used it for years as well. I can remember my grandmother using it back in the 80's, but I just thought it smelled awful as a kid.
