I'm 43, been doing full body or upper/lower training for the past 3 years, but thinking about getting back into more traditional split training.
Anyone have any opinions/experiences with trying any of Meadows' MD programs (without gear or TRT)? TIA

Creeping Death always sounded pretty gnar

i have done 1 or 2 and have a ton of respect for john and his training methods. With that being said they are not for the weak at heart for sure. I would start with either baby groot or warlock before proceeding to creeping death 1 which is his most advanced intermedaite program. 100% complete creeping death 1 before going to any of the others.
i did like gamma bomb a lot. just be careful period Mountain dog training isnt for those without lots of expierence and you better make sure you recovery and diet are on point.

I did 1 week of unity last year and then injured myself pretty bad (outside of the gym) and had to take 3 months off. It was a bitch and I definitely wasn't ready to jump back into it after that injury. I wouldn't mind trying it now but I have a home gym now and don't have the equipment for it.
