I have multiple joint injuries and switched from grass fed beef collagen to marine collagen (wild caught) a month ago. I was already supplementing for joint pain, but the fish collagen took it to another level. I highly recommend it for people with joint pain or anyone past mid 30s.

I’ve tried beef collagen hydrolysate for with poor results. The marine works well for you then?

Yes, the particles are smaller making it quite a bit (50% ish) more bio available. I’m using it with a peptide stack for max results. Usually after the first set of bench I’m pain free. I can run pain free from the get go. Used to take 1/4 - 1/2 mile.
