Anyone play Rugby? Advice on workouts

I've been invited out to play rugby for a local women's team. It sounds like fun and something to definitely hold me accountable from a fitness standpoint. I'm just curious if anyone here plays/played rugby and could suggest some things to target from a workout standpoint (i.e. areas to target when lifting, endurance exercises, etc.) to increase strength and endurance for playing.

I would do front squats more than back. SSB would be great also.

Dynamic effort deadlift would be good with bands. Box jumps....
