Thanks for the advice from you and everyone else. One week in, I weighed in this morning and lost 3.7 lbs. And I probably did not follow the plan 100 percent.
Honestly my snacking urges have gone down the last couple of days. Water has helped.
I will look into the stronglifts app. I need to join a gym, which is on my list of things to do.
Trying to take this one step at a time. Start with weight watchers for food program, this week I plan to start walking 3-4 days a week at night. Would like to join a gym in the next month or so. I know if I try to make too many changes quickly, I'll stress myself out and probably fail.
