Anyone know how to minimize scar tissue?

Any physical therapists on here?
I tore my L (my dominant side) pec minor and biceps brachii approximately four years ago.
I only did one pt session and was just shown stretches, I didn't need surgery, but I am curious if I have internal scar tissue.
If I do I want to get rid of it as much as possible, how can I get rid of it?
Should I get reevaluated? Every time I attempt a pull-up I feel that it will tear again. I feel that I'll never bench above 225 ever again, even lowering 135 on flat bench press is a pain in the arse.
What can I do?

I tore it when trying to bench press 360 for reps and I was locking the last rep the weight drop and it felt like a jolt of electricity
I couldn't even bench press 45 pounds or even a wall push-up for 2 months

I had a similar issue that kept me from doing chest workouts for almost a decade. actually found a great chiro that basically did the equivalent of a really deep tissue massage. it took about 8-10 visits, but I was able to get back to chest workouts after literally nearly a decade. I'd suggest looking for something similar or a PT that will do this. last resort, maybe a massage therapist that can work on it. just my 2 cents

It's been a while since I been to one but it's embarrassing to only bench 205 now and to not even want to try pull-ups ever again bc of it
