If the idea is to reduce heart beats as much as possible (use less of your supposedly finite amount of heart beats) then it would mean exercise is bad for you because it increases your heart rate and anything that drastically slows your heart rate is good for you.
I think you need to find a new theory that makes sense.
You don't suppose your resting heart rate would decrease after several months of exercise.

I took all kinds of them for years l, more for energy than anything, and have recently stopped taking them altogether. Not only do I feel better, but I have more energy and have noticed positive changes in my body. I won’t be taking them again.
