Looking for an edge to increase weight loss and have more energy in the gym and throughout the day. I am considering getting Lipo-C injections to go along with my exercise. Has anyone tried them or have insight on if they are effective.
Thanks

Don't waste your money unless you are already lean. If you want to run an injectable to help fatloss run high dosed gh frag and boom dose ipam at night.

The guys on the hardcore boards do this. Basskilleronline has some good protocols combining frag with t3 and clean.

Btw none of this shite needed. Just need the right diet and plan. Honestly the stuff we are talking about here shouldn't be used unless you are competing imo.

Can you recommend the best over the Counter Test booster? I’ve been taking p6 and although it has given me a slight boost, it has faded.

Steak, lots and lots of steak combined with progressively heavy lifting.

Being serious btw. If you really want something, the only one with proven scientific studies backing it is DAA.

But more than a 50% chance your diet and lifestyle is to blame. What is your diet like? is it full of carbs? do you drink often? if so what and how often?

My diet can definitely be improved. I try to limit the cards as much as I can, but I find it difficult. Can you point me to a meal plan for someone in their low 40s. I’m 6,2 and weigh over 215. I feel my best at 200-205. I do drink occasionally during the week and weekend which I know is hurting me.
I looked up DAA test 5 from GNC. Is that the booster you are referring to?

as far as meal plan, you need to learn to count your macros but something like this would be good for you using Intermittent fasting.

Meal 1- 12pm- 4 whole eggs, 3-4 strips of bacon, small piece of fruit.

Meal 2- 2:30 protein shake-50g small piece of fruit. or some about 8oz of lean meat and some veggies.

Meal 3-6pm Dinner- 8-12 oz steak with a little butter, lots of veggies and 50-60g carbs from a sweet potato.

Meal 4-8pm 100g protein shake.

macros should be something like this

Calories- 2000-2100
Protein-50-60% or about 250-300g
Carbs-100g of carbs on workout days. none on rest days
Fat-makes up the rest of the calories but about 50g or so.

hit something like the greyskull LCI program and you would do well.

Alcohol is the biggest detriment to body composition. Cut it back to just the weekends and notice the difference you’ll make.

Seems like Sarms is a big topic. You wouldn’t recommend I take this? I read about it and it’s complicated as hell. I wouldn’t know where to start

Why would I recommend you take a performance enhancing drug when you have freely admitted to not having that good of a diet and you n don't follow an established program and you n can't even tell me your macros?

PEDs are b for those that are extremely serious about a healthy lifestyle. PEDs have dude effects most should not expose them selves too.

The only exception would be mk677 which has been proven to be a safe oral form of gh, for ease of understanding. Problem is it stimulates hunger and helps you gain weight, not something you are looking for. Diet is the answer for you.

Ok
I just took my BMI and it’s at 28%
22.3% body fat

I am 40 with about a 250 T level
I weigh 215, 6,1 in height
Work out 4-5 days a week with weights and add some cardio in 2-3 days a week. Not as active as I once was. Can I incorporate the diet plan you mentioned and keep the same work-out I am doing currently? Or is that diet plan only for the greyskull ?

That question is why you shouldn't even be thinking about a PED.

And before I answer, why do you feel you are better at designing a program than some of the best coaches in the world?

Macros are macros, doesn't matter which program you are on, so long as diet matches your goals .

Do you understand how to track macros and calories? Be honest. The above was a sample diet only. You don't have to eat the same thing daily, just need to setup your macros and track correctly.

Thanks again for your response. To answer your question, I do not know how to track macros. I’ve heard a lot about it lately, but have not done enough research to educate myself on how to track them and design a plan. I would want to see if I can substitute chicken over steak, and find some variations on my weekly and daily meals to stay on it without getting monotonous.

yep you need to go read on this and educate yourself if you really want to make changes to your physique. Drugs will not help unless you understand how to do these things anyways.
