Anyone ever have Thoracic Outlet or Carpal Tunnel

Been dealing with nerve pain in hands and wrists and then 3 years ago below my left clavicle
It sucks bad. It comes and goes and I think I might have TOS because I can’t really do chest anymore.
It’s a dull ache that feels like chest pains. I’ve had every test imaginable except MRI which I’m getting next week
The carpal tunnel is separate(I think) but I did a nerve test and failed both hands for the carpal. I’ve heard good things about the bilateral minimal invasive surgery.
Waiting to see a Vascular Surgeon as well
I have aches in my hand, wrist, forearm, top of hand and of course the left clavicle/chest area

I know this was a while ago, but what ever happened with this? I have these exact symptoms. Gotta be TOS
