Anyone else here go to November Project?

I started going a few months back to their workouts. Running based workouts 3 times a week that are free. Of all the free group workouts I have done this is by far my favorite. It has improved my running drastically because most of the people there are pretty serious runners and I'm competitive.
Nov Project website
I go to the Wednesday morning workout at Champions Square, but the New Orleans group meets on Monday and Friday as well.
I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good free workout. They have it in a bunch of different cities too.

I used to do the one in New Orleans occasionally. Fun people.
Once busy season finally ends (this week!) I'll be hitting up the Denver one.
