I’m not sure. I’m not the kind of person that worries about anything.
I speak from experience.

Do you have sort of a definitive guide on Mg compounds?
All you need to know:
1.) Citrate is ok but will give you loose bowels (also useful at times)
2.) Glycinate near perfect balance for most, really helps with muscle tension and spasms
3.) Threonate, often called Magmind is great for mental health, they claim it’s the only one to cross brain barrier. Helps me sleep and gives me incredible dreams. Expensive.

LSUfan pretty well nailed it.
I also feel like the glycinate absorbs well and doesn’t give me stomach issues at all.

I too appreciate everyone’s input on this topic. Tough time of year for many folks. Especially those feeling stressed & thinking of loved ones who have moved on from this temporary life.

Most of us would benefit from talking to a professional, starting many years ago. In the future I see it as typical as working out. People are either bottlers or brooders, and you sound like you just realized there was a bottle, and eventually see what’s in there.
