Anybody use a mini trampoline?

If so, what sort of routine do you do? My father-in-law started using one a couple of years ago, so I did a little research and it looks like it’s really beneficial beyond the cardiovascular excercise. I thought it was just for older folks, but looks like just about everybody can benefit. It’s supposed to really speed up/activate the lymphatic system which can help cognitive function and may help fat metabolism.
I’ve got a couple of bad wheels and can’t run right now, so thinking about incorporating this low-impact “excercise” into my morning routine. Any suggestions on how to really use this efficiently, or should I just bounce up and down for 15-20 minutes. As always, TIA

highly recommend it. make sure you put your tampon in first though.

I would suggest getting the kind with handholds. If you do it long enough you will eventually launch yourself off at an angle.
